Sorry .. the camera did not have anything to say until the end of the day coming into Parcent!

We thought we'd be smart and go south today on backroads to Moraira (coast) and then do the "la Fiesta" climb back to Benissa, Lliber, Parcent, Orba and, with a 50km/hr tailwind, home through Ondara.

We soon discovered that all the locals know these backroads too! .. and they are steep! Up and Down!

.. and ofcourse the southerly headwind seemed to catch us on most slopes and exposed flats. That to say, it was a challenging day and by 39km we had 840m of ascent!

Traffic along the coast was crazy! April is getting late for this ride we think!

Beer in town and pictures of our new Gobik jerseys .. tapas tonight!
